Our Mission

Rochester Community Care Home Inc, a registered 501(c)3 tax exempt non-profit, maintains and operates Park House as a perpetually affordable, congregate home for independent individuals.

Park House provides independent living for those aged 60 and over, and for qualifying individuals who are less and 60 years of age. First floor wheelchair accessible rooms are occasionally available. An elevator serves the second and third floors.

Lifestyle

Residents share a style of living that enables each person to remain truly independent and to enjoy their privacy in a safe and secure environment.

Park House offers family-style living where one can enjoy the company and security of living with interesting people, sharing the large and spacious living and dining rooms, a lovely front porch, and spacious grounds with other residents, family and friends.

Daily life for residents of Park House is closely interwoven with the life of the community, with library, dining, churches, park events, as well as many public offerings of theatre and music in the town.
